Terms and Conditions of The Franchise Fair Bumper Prize Draw

1. Entry in to the Franchise Fair virtual trade show signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prizes are only available to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Irish Republic.

3. Employees of CMP Information and their immediate families and friends are not eligible.

4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age must be supplied upon request.

5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

6. No cash alternatives are available and no purchase is necessary to enter.

7. CMP can accept no responsibility for late, lost or undelivered entries.

8. CMP's decision will be final in all matters relating to Bumper Prize Draw prizes and CMP will not enter into any correspondence
regarding the winners.

9. CMP will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the prizes are as described on this page. CMP cannot accept any liability in respect of any prize. Prizes are subject to availability and may be altered for goods of an equivalent market value.

10. Winner(s)' details may be used in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition, subject to prior notification by CMP.

11. CMP will usually notify the winner(s) within 14 days of the draw.

12. This competition will close on 10th January 2008, with the prize draw to take place later that month.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
